Customer Service Administrator - Immediate Start Available!

Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, £12.21p/hr, temporary on going role with the potential to become permanentBased in LN1-own transport required due to site location

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a range of customer service tasks on a daily basis to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.
  • Tracking customer orders and providing timely updates to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
  • Coordinating claims for damaged or lost items with suppliers and ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Arranging customer replacements efficiently and in line with company policy.
  • Responding to customer queries via telephone, email, and various online platforms, delivering exceptional service within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Processing returns and issuing refunds where necessary in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicating with third-party hauliers and couriers daily to resolve delivery-related issues.
  • Maintaining a high standard of professionalism while delivering a positive and seamless customer experience through all channels, including email, phone, and live web chat.
