Our client based in Lincoln is looking for candidates with the following backgrounds: customer service, healthcare, teaching assistants, debt recovery, or roles where they have experience of having difficult conversations.

Customer Service Advisor

£12.03 per hour

Office based (Hybrid working offered once probation has been passed)

The Role:

Working in our department that looks after our customers who may need an additional level of support with their accounts, due to account arrears. You will be providing general advice and support by listening and understanding the customers needs to help find individual solutions.

Shifts:

37 hours per week

Monday – Friday: 8am-8pm

Saturday: 8am-4pm

You must:

Be available to start ASAP

What you will receive:

A full training package (classroom-based training and mentoring by an experienced team member)

Hybrid working option (once probation has been passed)

Pay progression up to £12.85 per hour.
