The successful applicant will speak to the local community by offering all types of Insurance/Financial Services including Home & Car Insurance Policies. (All with full training). FCA knowledge is preferable but not essential.

This is a Customer Service position dealing with renewal of Insurance Polices such as Home and Car.

Our client is established in the local area for many years. You will also be involved in day-to-day administrative duties.

You will have a positive & friendly telephone manner in order to carry out any tasks and be very customer focused with an excellent telephone manner. This is not centre environment. This role does not need Insurance experience, a good telephone manner, and good presentation and communication skills are a must! If you come from a Building Society or Personal Banking background this role would also be ideal for you!

The role is based near good transport links.
