Back to searchLincoln train station is running a 3 week trial on their ticket barriers from 27/10/24 – 16/11/24 by extending the time they are covered to include early mornings and late evenings. They need additional help to cover these periods!  Full training will take place before this starts.Full shifts available but could be offered on a 5 days or less basis and are ideal for students, those looking for some additional work in the run-up to the festive season or anyone looking for an interesting, face to face customer service role working closely with the public!The role is to work the ticket barriers (called gateline) and helping to advise passengers about the correct tickets needed to travel to their destination, deal with any ticketing issues and answer general customer service and travel questions that passengers may have. Do you have face to face customer service assistant experience?  Do you enjoy working with the public and assisting them? Would you be happy to help passengers with their queries? Are you a friendly individual with a level head who is able to deliver phenomenal customer service?  Then we want to hear from you! Starting:    Shifts are available from Sunday 27/10/24 – Saturday 16/11/24 (full training will be provided during the week before this)Pay Rate: £12.07 per hour – paid weekly.Hours:     Shifts times needed include:
