Our Client are currently looking for a Customer Service Planner in Lincoln.
Candidate must be available to start on 3rd February, with no leave for first three weeks, due to training requirements

Based - Lincoln

37 hours per week, with shifts between Monday and Sunday, including bank holidays, on a rota basis. Operating hours are between 7am and 9.30pm.

Salary £23,143
 
Role is office based, initially with the possibility to work on a hybrid model once probation passed. This may take around 5-6 months to pass probation.

Role is based in Lincoln
  • Candidate would assist in the delivery of a business-critical service to ensure that both planned and reactive work is scheduled to meet business performance targets (Service, Serviceability, Quality and Risk) and systems are updated with work activities. 
  • Take ownership of todays and tomorrows work schedules, to ensure that all work is completed within the agreed timescale  
  • Prioritise and deploy reactive work according to priority matrix to field resources via telephone, complying with health and safety guidelines. Ensuring resource has the availability to complete the work and remove any work that cannot be completed as a result  
  • Escalating to relevant teams where high priority work cannot be deployed 
  • Contacting both internal and external customers, to keep them informed and realign expectation
