Overview

The material administrator will work closely with the planners and stores to ensure information input on goods delivered is accurate and up to date at all times

Some Key Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead on GR IR (Goods Receipt Invoice Receipt) to rectify system errors

  • Weekly reporting

  • Take the lead on CORMAP to CORMAP system reviews

  • This report comes once a month and we need to agree that this process is not fit for use, as the reports used do not capture the full information

  • Take the on SAP to CORMAP system reviews

  • This report comes once a month and again we need to agree that this process is not fit for use, as the reports used do not capture the full information

  • Take the lead on SAP to CORMAP system reviews - Central report

  • Setting within CORMAP results in materials not processing correctly resulting in a mismatch of QTYs on the 2 systems

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous administration experience, preferably within materials or purchasing

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment- think automotive, rail etc

  • Expert SAP user

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Clear communicator
