Are you a Maths graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in education? GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a passionate Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant to support secondary school students in Lincoln.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering Maths lessons and supporting students with their learning.
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support for students who need extra help.
- Work closely with the Maths department to prepare learning materials.
- Help create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- A degree in Maths or a related subject.
- Strong numeracy skills and a passion for education.
- Experience working with young people (preferred but not essential).
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting student learning.
Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection. Successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including providing an enhanced DBS on the update service or completing an application for a new check.
