SEMH Teaching Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment are collaborating with a Specialist School in Lincolnshire that supports pupils aged 5 - 16 years old with SEMH needs. The school values making a difference in young people's lives by providing a high quality and engaging learning environment.

The responsibilities of the role include:

• Assist with planning activities and prepare resources for students.
• Monitor students needs and provide feedback for other staff members.
• Promote development and learning opportunities for students that build self-esteem and independence.
• Supervise children over break and lunch periods.

Build familiarity with EHCPs of the pupils you're working with 1:1 During your time at Tradewind Recruitment we will support you with the following:

1. Access to over 2,000+ CPD Training provided by the National College!
2. Supportive and excellent service from Tradewind Recruitment.
3. Update on opportunities in your area that are tailored to yours needs, skills, and passions.

The daily rate is £82.50 - £90.50 per day.
