We are collaborating with a secondary school that needs a full-time, long-term role on the outskirts of Grimsby.

The role involves the following responsibilities:

  • Work closely with pupils in small groups and 1:1 that may have additional needs.
  • Support and manage students' behaviour helping them stay focused and on task.
  • Support teachers and the SEN department in school.
  • Follow safeguarding and behavioural policies.
  • Adapt activities and learning resources to make learning more engaging and individualised to the pupil.

The rate for this role is £83.33 - £90.00 depending on experience.
