Elevation Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a leading heavy industry manufacturer to recruit Furnace Engineers to join their new team based in Lincoln.
Working Hours- Days, afters, nights on weekly rotation
Location- LincolnSalary – £38,311 with matric scheme to go up to £43,000Benefits
- 25 days holidays plus bank holidays

Duties of the Furnace Engineer will include:
- Work to the company's Safety, Health, Environmental policy, associated standards and procedures
- Providing first line maintenance/breakdown
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks
- Facilitate lean ways of working to minimise waste and maximise efficiency
- Leading, coaching and developing other employees
- Practise continuous improvement, innovation and pro-activeness for improved ways of working
- Ensure that all parts required are booked out correctly
We are keen to speak with Furnace Engineers with the following:
- BTEC/ NVQ qualified in an electrical engineering
- Ideally electrical experience in a medium to heavy manufacturing environment due to nature of the business
- Practical Mechanical / Electrical hands-on skills
- Good fault finding and problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of continuous improvement programmes, particularly planned maintenance activities
