The Electrical Manager is responsible for the overall leadership of a team of Site Managers, Supervisors and external contractors. You will be overlooking 4 projects at once quality checking PV, ensuring the solar element is ticking along smoothly. This is very much a senior site manager/project managerial role delivering solar/PV works for a Social Housing contract across Lincolnshire.

Description
路 Provide overall leadership for large-scale or complex construction projects.
路 Ensure that all site activities align with the project goals, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
路 Lead the implementation of the company's health, safety, and environmental policies on-site.
路 Manage and mentor site managers, supervisors, and additional reports.
路 rovide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of all site activities.
路 Oversee quality assurance processes across multiple sites or large projects, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards and complies with industry regulations.
路 Take responsibility as main point of contact for clients, senior management and key stakeholders
Profile
路 Housing experience is essential
路 Electrical experience within housing is essential
路 Solar/PV experience is desirable but not essential
路 Experience operationally leading teams on site
路 Proven track record delivering projects within social housing
路 Ability to prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients
