We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to work within the law enforcement sector.

About the role: You will be responsible for providing an effective business partnering approach that enables budget holders to be effective in managing their areas of business, by providing professional financial advice, training in financial management and general financial support

Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will have a proven Financial Business Management background, with the following skills/ experience:

  • Full AAT /Part-qualified CCAB accountant.
  • Experience of public sector finances, including the control environment for public sector spending.
  • Experience of working within a multidisciplinary project team as the financial representative.
  • Knowledge of financial evaluation techniques such as DCF (Desirable).
  • Knowledge of Awareness of public sector taxation including VAT (Desirable).
