We are seeking a Finance Manager to be responsible for overseeing the financial health of our clients company, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring that all financial practices are in compliance with regulations and company policies. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, helping to shape the future direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Manage cash flow, ensuring the company has adequate liquidity to meet its obligations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee tax planning and compliance, ensuring the company meets all tax obligations.
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions as needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in a finance management role, with a strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
