Your new companyYour new roleReporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will head up the group management accounts team to ensure the timely and accurate production of the 4 weekly management accounts for the group, as well as budgeting and forecasting, financial planning, financial analysis and supporting with investment plans, consolidating monthly results as well as mentoring and supervising a large team.What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified Accountant with proven management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and reporting experience as well as proven staff management experience (5+ staff). You will have excellent interpersonal, communication and business partnering skills as well as strong financial modelling and systems capabilities. You will have a strong sense of best practice and a desire to improve processes and systems.
