Portfolio Account Manager Lincolnshire Hybrid Salary £40,000 - £50,000Butler Rose is excited to represent a well-established, top 50 accountancy firm in Lincolnshire seeking a Portfolio Account Manager to join it's collaborative, pragmatic and forward-thinking Business Services Team. This role includes overseeing the day-to-day management of a portfolio of 100+ clients. Including statutory accounts, VAT returns, personal tax returns and CoSec activities. Role Responsibilities* Handling a portfolio of clients, under audit threshold - overseeing accounts, payroll, billing - everything to do with the clients * To manage client relationship and provide advice and business support in advisory meetings * Clear arising queries with clients ensuring a collaborative, and supportive relationship. * To manage clients engaged services to include Debtor Chasing, Supplier Payruns, VAT Returns, Payroll, Cashflow Forecasting & Management Accounts * Inclusion of statutory disclosures in line with the company checklist. * Has experience managing a portfolio - be responsible for everything related to the client - all the work will go through this person. * Understanding and evaluating and monitoring clients business and recommending improvement where needed * Ensuring all parties are kept up to date as work progresses. * Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
