Role Responsibilities- Client Interaction: Act as the primary contact for clients, providing tailored tax advice and fostering long-lasting relationships.
- Technical Leadership: Oversee complex tax assignments, including preparing and reviewing technical reports on R&D tax credits, share schemes, and capital allowances.
- Team Management: Develop and mentor a team of professionals, conducting performance reviews and setting clear objectives to enhance team success.
- Project Oversight: Ensure client assignments are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with other managers and directors to scope and deliver bespoke client projects, keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way.

Candidate Requirements- Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CTA, or ATT qualified, with at least two years of post-qualification experience.
- Expertise: A strong background in corporate tax, tax advisory, and capital allowances, with proven compliance and planning skills.
- Leadership: Excellent people management skills, with a knack for inspiring and guiding your team to deliver exceptional results.
- Organisational Savvy: Skilled at juggling multiple priorities, managing deadlines, and ensuring the smooth delivery of client projects.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and a keen eye for streamlining processes.
