**Flexographic Printers required in Lincoln, Lincolnshire**

This is working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (2 days and 2 night shifts as part of your 4), and the role comes with a competitive basic salary ranging from £33,000 to £39,500 depending on experience, as well as having overtime opportunities available (paid at T1/2) and a quarterly bonus scheme.

The hiring manager would prefer candidates who live local/commuting distance to Lincoln, but they are open to offering a relocation package to candidates who live further afield and are willing to relocate to Lincoln.

**What You Will Do:**

Operate an 8-colour flexographic printing press, ensuring high-quality print outputs.
Monitor and control print quality, optimising press speeds for maximum efficiency.
Efficiently address and rectify print faults, ensuring continuous production flow.
Manage ink levels and highlight print defects to the print manager for immediate action.
Accurately capture data related to print jobs and material usage.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and training within the department to enhance team capabilities.
Ensure compliance with site procedures and maintain excellent housekeeping standards on the presses.

**What You Will Bring:**

Experience with Windmoller & Holscher and/or Comexi flexographic printing presses is desirable but not essential.
