We have an amazing opportunityfor a Construction CoverTutor, to work for one of the country's leading training providers working with small groups of disengagedlearners across Construction/Trades based subjects such as Bricks, Painting etc... You will support the development of skills, knowledge and behaviours while supporting them with their long-term goals and aspirations.
Location: Lincoln (with travel to multiple sites across Lincolnshire/Leicestershire)
Salary: £38,000 per annum plus car allowance
Candidates must have the following skills, experience, and qualifications to be considered:
- CSCS qualified
- An expert in your field with substantial experience
- Qualification in your trade/field of expertise
- Experience of delivering training
- A teaching or assessing qualification is desirable
- Ability to display a wide range of training methods to engage learners along with flexibility to deliver qualifications across a variety of subjects
- Access to a vehicle
