Eclectic recruitment is working with a reputable long running law firm part of top legal 500 looking for an experienced Family Paralegal in Lincolnshire to join growing Family Department.

Job Title: Family Paralegal

Location: Lincolnshire

Salary: £28000 - £30000

Job type: Full-time

We are looking for candidates who is working towards qualifying with previous experience and passion for the family area. You will be working with a support team working with the departments to build relationship with client.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and liaise with clients’ enquiries
  • Prepare case files for family law matters including divorce, child custody and child support
  • Conduct research and draft legal documents
  • Support the team with legal tasks as necessary

Candidate Qualities:

  • Previous experience in handling family matters
  • Legal research knowledge on complex matters
  • Strong computer literacy such as case management systems
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to create and maintain relationship with clients
