The RoleAs the Grader and Yard Supervisor, you will guide the Grading and Yard teams to consistently meet quality, food safety, and health and safety standards. You'll ensure strict adherence to hygiene policies and accurate completion of all documentation. Effective communication is crucial in this role, as you'll coordinate with all departments both verbally and electronically.You'll also be responsible for monitoring and managing labor costs to stay within budget. Additionally, you may assist with other duties, including operating forklifts when necessary. This role requires a strong commitment to following company policies and procedures, along with a willingness to take on any other reasonable tasks as they arise. They are seeking someone with leadership experience or someone eager to take the next step in their career by leading the team to success.About You

We need someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to lead by example while demonstrating excellent people skills. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is essential for effective communication at all levels within the company.

A Counterbalance Forklift License is preferred, and you should be proficient in using computer applications such as email, Word, and Excel.
