This impressive business will see you looking after up to 1,000 different varieties of crops, all with different needs. No two days will be the same!

What's the job?

As a grower, there shouldn't be any surprises in the day-to-day responsibilities.

Pest management, irrigation, weeding and communicating with the team to ensure the right things are being done at the right time.

On the supervisory side, you'll be there to support, train and develop your team to understand all there is to know about growing quality plants.

Their main site (and where you'll be based) is 16.5 acres which includes indoor and outdoor growing and a busy packhouse.
