Our client is aGIANT in the FM industry, and are looking for a skilled and reliable Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)to join their ever-growing team on a mobile basis, covering sites in Lincoln, Boston, and Sleaford.
This role covers a contract, maintaining 5-6 buildings across the area, with a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM)and reactive maintenance, with a 70/30 PPM to Reactive split.
The role involves client-facing responsibilities, where you'll build and maintain strong relationships with clients on-site, ensuring their needs are met in a professional and efficient manner.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive engineer with 18th Edition Electrical, whois comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
With a 1 in 8 callout rota, and travel paid Door to Door.
Alltools and a van are provided.
