Due to the continuing growth of the parts side of our business, we have an opening for an Parts Advisor to join our team. The current job position at Euro Municipal Ltd is to work in our Parts Department. This highly rewarding role will prove both interesting and challenging for the right applicant.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Order preparation: Picking and packing of parts for customer orders and booking deliveries through various couriers and our own parts delivery service.
  • Stock control: Organising and ensuring all parts, service items and consumables are regularly replenished, providing a prompt service to customers and our own workshop.
  • Customer service: Help customers with enquiries, developing customer relationships by providing sound product knowledge and a continually effective service.
  • Forklift Truck driving loading & unloading parts (FLT driver training given, if not already trained).

Skills / Experience:

  • Experience working in a similar environment, with a knowledge of Refuse Collection Vehicles and associated vehicles would be desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • An eagerness to get involved and improve" upon current systems.
  • Sound IT skills and a working knowledge of inventory management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full valid UK driving licence
