Red Recruitment 24:7 is thrilled to be working on behalf of our client who are a leading agricultural organisation. They are seeking aRearingFarmsCoordinator to join their developing Agricultural Division working out of Dorrington, Lincoln.


You will report to the Agriculture Divisional Director, you will be responsible for the administration andco-ordination of the businesses rearingfunction; ensuring flock rotations are always aligned with business needs.


With development being a key focus of theirs, there is plenty of opportunity for the role to evolve as they do!


The role:

Overall admin support to farms and staff

Utilise business bespoke software for record-keeping tasks

Act as key point of contact for all rearing related enquiries

Day-to-day contact between our Lincoln office and our agricultural teams in Head Office, ensuring rearing forecasts are accurately communicated

Oversee and coordinate rearing programmes to ensure optimal levels of egg production

Identify any contract rearing requirements and facilitate this pre-approved rearers

Place all speciality chick orders and update all changes with hatchery / Farm Managers and customers as and when they occur

Prepare budgets and costings, ensuring financial information is maintained and readily available


About you:


Previous experience in planning and scheduling.

Ideally from a Poultry or Livestock background.

Excellent and consistent organisation.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to prioritise workload.

Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint



Working hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours
