Duties:

Responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of office systems while supporting both field and office-based teams
First point of contact for clients, technicians, and suppliers
Providing administrative support and managing client databases
Processing quotations and assisting with new tenders
Managing sales orders, supporting the sales team, and maintaining communication with clients
