Are you an experienced fee earner in Wills and Probate looking for a new challenge with excellent career development opportunities? We are recruiting for a dynamic and expanding law firm in Lincolnshire that is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Senior Wills & Probate Solicitor/FCILEX/Paralegal. This role offers a definite opportunity for the right candidate to progress within the firm through to the Head of Department.

About the Firm: Due to continued expansion and a large ongoing caseload, this firm is looking to strengthen its Wills and Probate team. The firm prides itself on providing a supportive and collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied mix of cases relating to Wills and Probate from start to finish.
  • Advise on and draft Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications, Trusts, Estate Planning, and Wealth Management and Inheritance Tax.
  • Assist with the allocation of work within the department and the training and supervision of junior team members.
  • Perform fee-earning work accurately and reliably, ensuring client expectations are managed throughout.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience handling a range of Wills and Probate cases from start to finish.
  • IT literate with the ability to work effectively on a case management system.
  • Able to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative.
  • Excellent client care and interpersonal skills.
