Due to continued development my client is looking to recruit a Graduate Sustainability Trials Coordinator. You will be office based just outside of Lincoln, so own transport would be an advantage, however there are busses every hour to this location from Lincoln central bus station.

My client specialises in the development of renewable fertilisers and partners with industry/agricultural businesses and the education sector. You will be working with business professionals and academics in developing, marketing and testing renewable fertilisers from value-waste.

Main duties:

Running trials for product evaluation, collecting, analysing data and preparing feedback

Preparing marketing information, including brochures/leaflets/product sheets

Running marketing campaigns to present the company and products to potential customers and experts

Applying for grants and collaborating with academics

Developing new customer relationships and existing projects

Requirements

Relevant degree in science or similar field

Good knowledge of circular economy, sustainability and net-zero

Excellent IT skills including MS Office and ideally WordPress

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Proactive attitude and happy working in a small team environment

Hours are 37.5 per week between 08:00 17:30 M-F

Salary is £23,000 - £28,000pa depending on experience
