Job Introduction

Team LeaderPay rate: £15.75 per hour (Monthly Pay)Shift Pattern: 30 hours on shift and 6 hours admin - Shifts: 8:00am - 20:00pm.Requirements: MUST have a full UK drivers license, Team leader experience within healthcare & experience with EUPD & Autism.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide VISA sponsorship and we do not hire on a relocation basis, you must currently be based in/around the Lincoln area and able to commute.

We've got a rewarding opportunity for the right person to work with an individual living in Lincoln. This individual has Personality disorder, Autism and Anorexia Nervosa. You must have experience supporting service users back into the community after hospital admission.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Workers cover all manners of support for others - from companionship and days out, to personal care and housekeeping.

Support with all facets of daily living.

Foster a supportive and inclusive environment.

Ensure the individual's safety and well-being at all times.

Communicate effectively with the individual and other team members.

confidentiality and respect privacy.

Adhere to care plans and guidelines provided.

Aid with light household chores which may include cooking, cleaning.

Team leader duties i.e., Rota's, Audits, care plans etc.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Team leader experience within the healthcare sector.

Experience supporting individuals with Personality disorder.

Experience supporting individuals with Autism.

Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care.

Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support.

Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Willingness to undergo additional training and development as required.

Full UK drivers license.
