Macildowie are working with a highly-flexible client based in Lincoln to recruit a Telesales Account Manager for an industry-leading provider within their respective sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with B2B telesales and account management experience to join a forward-thinking and transparent organisation undergoing cultural transformation.

In this consultative sales role, you'll be responsible for managing existing accounts while proactively identifying new opportunities across a number of stakeholders. You'll need to navigate a range of stakeholders - from gatekeepers to local authorities to headteachers - with the ability to identify opportunities, build a pipeline, and be confident in handling rejection through cold-calling. An understanding of legislative frameworks and a commitment to personal brand and reputation are key.

This business champions flexibility, offering remote working with an organic in-office presence based on individual preferences. As long as you're within a two-hour commute, you'll have the autonomy to decide when to collaborate in person. What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of Account Management and cold-calling experience

  • Consultative and confident communicator

  • Ability to identify and convert decision-makers

  • Passionate about building and maintaining a professional reputation

  • Excellent time management, multitasking and resilience
