Red Recruitment 24:7 is looking for a Telesales Executive to join our prestigious client's team on a temp-perm basis.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our client's team. In this role, you will focus on outbound sales to existing customers (not cold calling) and providing excellent customer service and fantastic product knowledge. You will work closely with our client to learn about their products, establish relationships with customers, and drive sales revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Learn about products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers
- Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs through active listening and product knowledge
- Build relationships with customers to understand their preferences and develop long-term partnerships
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge of our industry
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team
- Attend trade shows, networking events, or conferences as needed to represent the company and promote our products
Qualifications required:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08.00-16.00
Salary: Up to £24,000 with realistic OTE of £3000 per annum.
