We are offering an exciting opportunity working within our group owned residential service in Lincoln, who specialise in supporting young adults with varying needs including neurological conditions, physical and learning disabilities.

As an Agency Care Assistant we can offer you:

• Shift pattern- Long Days- 07:30am- 20:00pm
• Pay rates starting from £12.89 per hour, holiday pay inclusive

As an Agency Care Assistant, you must:

• Be over the age of 18 to apply
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sponsorship.
• Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
• Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
• Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
• Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector

The duties of an Agency Care Assistant include assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation and medication management, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.
