Are you a compassionate, dedicated, and patient-centered individual looking for a fulfilling role in elderly care? We are seeking Healthcare Assistants to join our client's vibrant team in a residential elderly care service located in Lincoln.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to elderly residents, promoting dignity and independence.
- Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Monitor residents' well-being and report any concerns to the nursing staff.
- Assist with feeding and hydration as required.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
