Are you passionate about helping children reach their full potential? Simply Education is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a delightful village primary school just outside Lincoln.

Pay - 88.50 to 98.50 per day.

Role Details:

Full-time, Monday to Friday
Starting September 2024
Supporting individual learners throughout the school day
Lovely rural school setting

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will:

- Provide tailored support to assigned pupils
- Assist with academic and social development
- Collaborate with teachers to implement learning strategies
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support pupils' independence and confidence

The ideal candidate will have:

- Some experience working with children (educational setting preferred but not required)
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
- The ability to build trusting relationships with pupils
- A positive and proactive approach to supporting learners
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to pupils' needs
