- A local SEMH school in Lincoln is seeking Teaching Assistants for a 12-week temp-to-perm position with a pay rate of up to £98 per day.
- Candidates can work full-time or commit to 2-4 full days per week, as there are no morning or afternoon shifts available.
- Teaching groups are organized by ability rather than age, with a maximum of 6 pupils per group and at least 3 staff members present.

The school can accommodate either full-time educators or those that can commit to 2-4 days per week, but must be full days as no morning/afternoon shifts are available.
Groups are based on ability, not age. So, you could be supporting pupils aged 6-16 and groups are no larger than 6 pupils, with a minimum of 3 staff members in each group. The pupils can be challenging and all candidates should be resilient, adaptable and creative. You must be thick-skinned.
