Teaching Assistant – Secondary School

Location: Lincoln
Start Date: January 2025
Salary: £85 - £110 per day

Are you passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives? A secondary school in Lincoln is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time starting in January 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering lessons and engaging students aged 11–16.
• Provide tailored support to students with additional needs.
• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom management.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with staff to monitor student progress and behaviour.

Requirements:

• GCSEs or equivalent qualifications (essential).
• Experience working with young people in an educational or care setting is desirable.
• A passion for supporting student development and well-being.
