Are you passionate about working with young people and supporting their learning? GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Lincoln.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Assisting teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities.
- Supporting students in small groups or one-to-one settings.
- Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Encouraging students to develop confidence and independence.
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications (A-levels or degrees desirable).
- Experience working with children or young people.
- A positive and patient attitude.
This role is ideal for those looking to gain experience in education or considering a future teaching career.
