Simply Education is looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to work in schools across the Uphill Lincoln area. We have a range of flexible opportunities available, including day-to-day supply roles and longer-term placements, ideal for those looking to gain experience in different school settings or secure a stable position.

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons

• Assisting with small group work and one-to-one student support

• Helping manage classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment

• Supporting students with additional needs where required

• Preparing learning materials and helping with general classroom duties

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children in an educational setting

• A passion for supporting children's learning and development

• Adaptability, reliability, and the ability to work in different school environments

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
