Are you passionate about supporting young people in education? GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Lincoln.
Role Responsibilities:- Support students in KS3 and KS4 with their learning in and out of the classroom.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide one-to-one or small-group support for students who need additional help.
- Encourage positive behaviour and foster a supportive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with staff to uphold the school’s values and ethos.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English are essential.
- A passion for education and helping students achieve their potential.
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
- A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting students.
