GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students in a secondary school in Lincoln. This role is perfect for those passionate about helping young people reach their full potential.
Role Responsibilities:- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and supporting students with their learning.
- Work one-to-one or in small groups with students needing extra help.
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom.
- Provide additional support to students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Help create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are essential.
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
- A patient and enthusiastic approach to supporting students.
- A passion for education and working with young people.
