Job Introduction
Experience Complex Care WorkerPay rate: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour (weekly or monthly pay)Shift Pattern: Nights (21:00 - 09:00). Please note that all training takes place during the day thus flexibility is required.
Requirements: Complex care Experience, Driver due to the location, naturally caring and compassionate, be comfortable working in a family home around pets.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide VISA sponsorship and we do not hire on a relocation basis, you must currently be based in/around the Lincoln area and able to commute.
We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a caring individual to support a fun loving young lady based in Lincoln with complex care needs.
Your role is support is to meet the medical, personal care, ventilation, Suctioning and assistance needs during the night. You will work alone and as part of a team, operating on shifts to provide 24/7 care. You will not only support her clinical and emotional needs but be a reliable individual who can provide much needed respite for his parents.
We can offer full training for the right candidate, in order to successfully support this individual with her clinical needs, which include; administering medication, personal care, PEG and JEJ feeding, oropharyngeal suctioning, mechanical ventilation and emotional support throughout the night.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Workers cover all manners of support for others - from companionship and days out, to personal care and housekeeping.
Support with all facets of daily living.
Foster a supportive and inclusive environment.
Ensure the individual's safety and well-being at all times.
Communicate effectively with the individual and other team members.
Confidentiality and respect privacy.
Adhere to care plans and guidelines provided.
Aid with light household chores which may include cooking, cleaning.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Willingness to undergo additional training and development as required.
