HR Manager - Lincoln - 4 or 5 days - circa £39,000 FTE DOE and qualifications - plus great benefits

Open to Fulltime or 4 days working Your new companyThis is not-for-profit / charitable organisation with a head count of circa 80 staff who are looking for a HR Professional to run the HR and People Services.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in the growth of the charity.

Your new roleReporting to the Chief Executive, and working with the senior management team in order to build an environment which allows the staff and volunteers to flourish.

You will have the opportunity to shape and develop existing the existing HR service and the processes and will own and deliver the organisations HR strategy and goals.

You will use your HR and employment law knowledge and experience to work on:

  • HR advice/guidance to Managers and staff
  • Work on ER cases
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Performance management
  • Reward and wellbeing plans
  • Develop, review, update and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Provide HR information and reporting
  • Employee Lifecycle / HR administration

This is a stand-alone so ideally you will have the presence and experience of leading on HR for a business aswell as providing a HR operational and administrative service.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior/HR Advisor to step into a management role, or for a current HR Manager to work in an environment with autonomy - and where you can "give back" in the community aswell as pursue your career.

What you'll need to succeed

An experienced HR Professional at Senior HR Advisor or Manager level with:

  • Ideally you will be minimum CIPD Level 5 Qualified with CIPD Membership ( or working towards this or demonstrate suitable equivalent level of experience).
  • Experience of Not-For-Profit sector is desirable but NOT a requirement
  • Have worked in a stand-alone role or be open to being the "allrounded" HR support
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
