Interim HR Partner/Generalist - Lincoln / Lincolnshire area - £33000 to £37000 DOE and qualifications.

Your new companyA well established, reputable and growing education trust - with sites around Lincoln, Lincolnshire and just beyond - are looking to recruit a new addition to their HR team to cover a period of maternity leave until end of September/ early October 2025.

Your new roleReporting to the Head of HR and the Senior HRBP, this role is to "partner" with Site Heads and Managers to develop HR relations, provide HR guidance/advice (generalist and strategic), ER support, case management and project work.

You will be responsible for a case load across a portfolio of academies within the Trust, providing a proactive HR support service utilising key management information enabling Heads/Directors/Senior Managers to carry out their roles efficiently and effectively and contribute to the Trust.

This will also include providing monthly HR clinics at each academy, providing HR support to all members of staff.

You will also be a SME for a HR Project - project allocated TBC.

You will work within an energetic, hard working and team orientated HR department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to step into the HRBP space - or a current HRBP who has a keen interest in the education sector. What you'll need to succeed

  • The suitable applicant will ideally be minimum Level 5 CIPD qualified (or working towards, or have relevant level of experience.)
  • Have experience of the full remit of generalist HR skills & knowledge, particularly ER and case work, and some involvement in previous HR projects (ideally Well Being but this is not essential).
  • Experience of education or public service provision in the private sector is advantageous but not essential.
  • Flexibility, resilience and team orientated.
  • Car owner/driving license due to multi-site attendance (within 30mins to 1 hr)

  • 37 hours a week ( Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm, Friday 8am to 3.30pm) - although flexibility around these hours is available.
