People Analytics Specialist Start: Feb 2025 Rate: Negotiable rate via umbrella, Inside IR35 Duration: 6 months initially, likely to extend Hours: Full time Location: Lincolnshire - HybridThe ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent analytical skills being able to decipher information from various systems and be able to communicate this information to the wider team. You will act as a conduit between the systems teams and business support and be able to provide clear and relatable analytical reports to various stakeholder within the organisation.Responsibilities and requirements:• Be a deep-dive expert in data, data systems and know how to use data science to create models and conduct complex data analysis• Must understand the way people behave and be able to interpret data to inform strategic and operational decision-making across the employee lifecycle• With a structured, methodical approach, we would expect a people analytics specialist to use analytical consulting methods to address challenges and shape solutions, employing both qualitative and quantitative methods• You should be a problem solver, who would conduct research design and data analysis along with other forms of evidence to enable effective decision making.• We would expect you to employ storytelling techniques using data visualisations such as dashboards to help stakeholders get to the bottom of issues
