Ashley Kate are excited to be supporting our Lincolnshire client as they recruit for a HR Systems & Project Manager to join them. This role will be joining the business at a pivotal point to lead and complete a full system implementation from start to finish! This is a 12 month fixed term contract, with an immediate start required. To be based at either their Spalding, Horncastle or Boston site with a requirement for 2 days a week on site and 3 days working from home.

The role:

* Lead in resourcing additional HR & Payroll functions to their current in house system

* Own the full project lifecycle - timelines, process mapping, risk analysis and budgets to streamline workflows and improve efficiencies

* Oversee testing and reporting for senior management teams

* Liaise with SMT, wider project teams and workforce in developing training, toolkits, reports and regular updates including being the point of contact for system providers - resolving any issues and implementing solutions effectively.

To be considered you will be an experienced HR professional and have managed and led a HRIS implementation from start to finish, bringing the knowledge and expertise to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation. You will take a hands on approach with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, with strong project management skills. You will have the experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships, leading in meetings and reporting on data.
