Business Systems Administrator

Are you a skilled Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform professional looking for an exciting opportunity to support and optimize business systems? Nigel Frank are seeking a Business Systems & Power Platform Support Specialist to join our clients team and play a key role in enhancing our data and business processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesMicrosoft Fabric
  • Support data modelling, analytics, and reporting using Microsoft Fabric tools.

  • Maintain and optimize data pipelines and workflows.

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility.

  • Assist in the design and deployment of dashboards and visualizations.

Power Platform
  • Provide support for Power Apps and Power Automate.

  • Develop and maintain custom applications and workflows.

  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing solutions.

  • Conduct training sessions to enhance user adoption and proficiency.

Business Systems Support
  • Provide day-to-day support for business systems including Dynamics 365 Business Central, SharePoint, and third-party applications.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality and data.

  • Develop, troubleshoot, and support API integrations.

  • Assist in configuring and customizing systems based on business requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

  • Drive innovation by keeping the Power Platform practice up-to-date with new tools and techniques.

General Support
  • Monitor and respond to support tickets in a timely manner.

  • Document support processes, solutions, and system changes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integrations.

  • Stay updated on new features and updates within Dynamics 365, Microsoft Fabric, and Power Platform.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform.

  • Strong understanding of data management and business process optimization.

  • Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards using Power BI.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Experience in creating system integrations using APIs or middleware.

  • Experience working with Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV.

  • Experience delivering business software projects to end users.

Preferred:

  • Certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central or Power Platform.

  • Basic knowledge of data modelling languages such as Python.

  • Experience in training and onboarding users for business applications.

  • Proven experience supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central.

  • Experience in creating and maintaining SharePoint sites.
