We are on the lookout for proactive and confident problem solvers to join our clients IT support team in Lincoln. If you excel in a dynamic setting and have a knack for resolving customer issues, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer support to customers through phone and email.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by users, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
  • Correct data issues and produce reports as necessary.
  • Log all support interactions in the ticketing system, ensuring accuracy.
  • Prioritise and manage the tickets, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
  • Escalate complex issues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in customer-facing support, particularly in application or technical support.
  • Proficiency in report generation.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while managing individual responsibilities.
