Support Engineer, Lincoln

My client is a Lincoln based company who are going through a substantial growth period, they are based within an interesting and high growth market and are standing out in their field.

I am seeking a dynamic Support Engineer to join the team, this position is new to the business, with the growth in business this role is now in demand, you will need to be used to delivering a first class level of support and service to the client 

Your main duties are to:
Provide 1st and 2nd line support to a wealth of our client’s cloud based products 
Prepare and support hardware installations on site and also remotely 
Escalate 3rd line support to senior support/developers whilst supporting and assisting with testing and documentation
Provide internal IT support to the team and on IT projects
Manager internal and external IT support projects

You will need 
Office 365, Windows 10/11
Server (Apply online only)
Knowledge of supporting servers, laptops and mobile devices 
Set up desktops/laptops
Preferably you will have previous experience of helpdesk 
Troubleshooting and solving IT issues
Excellent communication skills within the team, both written and spoken English 

It is important to stress that you could be a graduate, college or school leaver who is keen to progress a career in this sector and can demonstrate relevant experience or interest.  You may also be someone who has worked within support already but is keen to join an organisation with whom you can grow your career.
