Our client, a leading provider in the building materials sector, is currently seeking a Technical Product Trainer in the North to join their team. This permanent role is field-based with flexibility to work from home and will be primarily located in the Immingham area. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical training for company products ensuring that all customers are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to use the products.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering technical training to employees across multiple locations in the North
- Developing and maintaining training materials and programmes
- Assessing the training needs of customers and customising content accordingly
- Conducting training sessions at customers sites, online and at the brand new training school
- Maintaining records of training activities and outcomes
- Experience in the building industry is essential
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage learners
- Proficiency in using IT systems
- Flexibility to travel as required
- Previous training qualification is not essential, my client will fund this
- Salary up to £40K and up to 10% bonus
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + option to buy 10 days per year
