Location: Lincoln
Shift: Dayshift and Double Dayshift
This clinet is looking for an experienced Production Storeperson to join their busy team in Lincoln. The successful candidate for the role of Storeperson will oversee the issuing and receipt of components from the shop floor and oversee stock levels.
Key Responsibilities – Storeperson
- Receipt of completed components into the Production Stores.
- Issuing of kits to production.
- Housing and transporting stock in the correct manner
- Completing perpetual stock takes as and when required.
- Support in the annual stock take.
- Returning unused components back into stock.
- Carrying out transactions using a computer-based stock management system.
- Housekeeping activities with in the stores areas.
- Liaising with Production Control with stock issues.
Qualifications & Requirements – Storeperson
Ability to work as part of a small team
Excellent computer/IT skills
previous stores expereince is desirable
Knowledge of stock control systems is desirable
