Our Client is a leading provider of agency, professional, and consultancy services across property sectors, specifically covering agriculture and the environment. The firm combines expert technical knowledge with local insights across the UK and internationally. Currently, the business is looking for Rural Surveyors to join the team to support ongoing growth and success.

What Does the Role Entail?

The role involves working as an Experienced Land Agent with MRICS qualifications, focusing on property and estate management, agricultural tenancies, valuations, and rural property matters. You will be based in one of the firm's offices in the East Midlands and will play a key role in expanding the rural teams. Your responsibilities will include the sale and letting of rural properties, conducting valuations, managing estates, and handling compensation and compulsory purchase tasks for landowners and acquiring authorities. This position provides the opportunity to work closely with a diverse range of primarily private clients, delivering expert guidance on a variety of rural projects.

What Skills Will You Have?

You will hold MRICS or AssocRICS status with post-qualified experience. FAAV accreditation and RICS Registered Valuer status are highly desirable but not essential. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial, as you will build and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and colleagues. You will possess excellent time management skills andhave strong attention to detail. A commitment to delivering high-quality service and the adaptability to meet diverse client needs will be key to your success in this role.
